Data Processing Agreement
This DPA forms part of the agreement between SimplyAI ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller")
using our AI assistant Services.
Subject Matter
We process personal data on behalf of the Controller to provide AI-powered assistant services.
Nature & Purpose
- Storing and analysing conversation transcripts
- Handling scheduling or requests made by end users
- Improving AI models under customer direction
Duration
Data is processed as long as the Controller is subscribed to our Services and may be retained for service improvement or as legally required.
Data Categories
- Identifiers (e.g., name, phone number)
- Communication transcripts
- Appointment preferences
Data Subject Types
End users of the Controller's AI assistant.
Subprocessors
A list of subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) is available upon request. All subprocessors are bound by data protection terms.
Security
We implement encryption, access controls, and incident monitoring to safeguard data.
Data Subject Requests
We assist Controllers in responding to access, deletion, or correction requests.
International Transfers
Where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards will be in place.
Deletion & Return
Upon contract termination, data is deleted unless legally required to retain it.
